Along with already low prices this kind of mortgage rates should keep the Real Estate “momentum” going. In the last few months we have experienced a surprising market; where multiple offers on attractive properties under $ 400,00 were the norm. When I say attractive, I mean either very well priced and/or in good conditions. Foreclosures normally require either some work or  major repairs but are priced accordingly.
