The Rotary Club in partnership with Weston Rotary Club, the City of Weston, YMCA of Broward County, and  local fitness centers are sponsoring a wonderful “Get Fit” event. For only $25 you can participate in unlimited training classes and even prepare for a 5K or half marathon for Dec. 11th Rotary Run for Tomorrow.

Get Fit Festival at Weston Town Center on December 11th following the Run for Tomorrow. Fitness and wellness-oriented businesses will be able to exhibit their wealth of knowledge.

Even within an specific area the market changes based on price range, subdivision, age and condition of the properties. I have had out of town buyers coming to Weston, Florida thinking they can get a bargain but they don’t exist. You can find good buys but not steals.
