<p>Bus Routes have been created, the Service will operate on weekdays at peak hours, departing every half hour from six Locations in Broward to Downtown Miami:<br />
*4 Locations in Hollywood/Pines Blvd. at Falmingo Rd, University Dr., State Rd 441 and I-95 9Tri-Rail Station)<br />
*Fort Lauderdale Tri-Rail Station at Broward Blvd.<br />
*Sheridan Tri-Rail Station</p>

<p style="text-align: left">The increase in closed sales can be found all around the West Broward. Interestingly Weston&#8217;s increase has not been as abrupt as in other areas. It may be caused by any or the combination of several reasons:</p>
<p style="text-align: left"><span id="more-1003"></span></p>
<p>1. Weston&#8217;s sales and prices didn&#8217;t decrease as dramatically as other areas.</p>
<p>2. The fact that even though Weston was affected by the Real Estate crisis, the number of  foreclosed properties available for sale has been very low. In average we didn&#8217;t have more than 9 or 10 Foreclosed Single Family Homes available in the market.</p>

<p>3. The availability of properties in the lowest prices ranges. Weston didn&#8217;t have as many Single Family Homes under $200,000.00 or $ 300,000.00, as the other areas.</p>

There is an interesting fact in this situation, many times we are competing against cash offers which are not as sensitive to appraised values and financed transactions on top of being able to close sooner and without the financing contingency.</p>
<p>Davie&#8217;s Months of Inventory gives Buyer&#8217;s a strong position when negotiating since there are more properties available than Buyers in the market. SW Ranches  is showing a very slow market&#8230;</p>

<h3>Super Fresh Organic Produce at Veeeery Good Prices!</h3>
<p>I was in the area and curious as I am, I stopped to find out what they had to offer. I couldn&#8217;t believe that I was able to buy a packet of Asparagus, a Mango, an Avocado, a packet of Carrots, an a couple more things for $ 11.00. I was amazed with the freshness and the quality of the products. The day I went they had Tomatoes, Potatoes, Onions, Bananas, Garlic, Carrots, Squash, Plums, Zucchini, Apples, Mixed Greens, Spinach, Oranges, Limes, Lemons&#8230;</p>

<p>As you walk in SW Ranches farmer&#8217;s market you are greeted by Sheila, her daughter and their collection of &#8220;Edible Landscape&#8221;. Italian Flat Parsley, Lemon Balm, Mint, Apple Mint, Mountain Mint, Chilli Hot Peppers, Italian Basil, Spicy Glove Basil, Rosemary, Cilantro, Spanish Thyme, Tarragon, Fern Leaf Dill screaming at you to take them home. You can buy the plants individually or choose a few and have them planted in a mesh container with compost.</p>
