She specializes in Weston Real Estate and has a broad knowledge of Pembroke Pines, Miramar, Cooper City, Southwest Ranches, Davie, Plantation in Broward County and Aventura, Doral, Brickel,Coral Gables in Dade County.
Ines has been involved in Real Estate most of her life; from helping in a Real Estate office during the summers to opening and managing her own as well as a 100+ agents office for one of the largest brokers in South Florida. She has an invaluable experience by having the opportunity between her personal sales and the ones overseen to go over more than 1,200 rental and sales files.
Her educational background, an Architecture degree from the Universidad del Zulia and an MBA from University of Miami, along with her experience provides a strong foundation to offer her clients with valuable insight to help them make informed decisions. “I become a coach for a Real Estate transaction” as she says.
Her Mission is to keep abreast of the changes in the industry and the market to share that information with you and enjoy doing it.
